payable as follows;
1) $440 for inclusive package reservation through Ritz -

info to book the group hotel room package (use the phone number and group
rate code - please don't forget to book your room!).
2) Please bring the remaining
$200 in cash, check, or credit card
to the brunch/event - payable to "The Boys & Girls Club"

attend the optional Saturday night dinner and transportation in Naples (+$15 per person for transportation, separate checks at dinner)
